PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on Competition and Reward dated November 26, 2003;
At the proposal of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism,
DECISION:
Article 1The Interim Regulations on Conditions, Standards, Procedures and Formalities for Bestowing the Title of People's Artist and Meritorious Artist in 2005 are hereby issued together with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-attached agencies, Chairpersons of provincial people's committees under central cities, members of the Council for Bestowing the Title of People's Artist and Meritorious Artist in 2005, relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
