THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to Decree No. 36/2012/NĐ-CP dated April 18, 2012 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to the Decree No. 118/2008/NĐ-CP dated November 27, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to Decree No. 63/2010/NĐ-CP dated June 8, 2010 of the Government on administrative procedure control;
Pursuant to Decree No. 48/2013/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2013 of the Government amending certain articles of Decree No. 63/2010/NĐ-CP;
Pursuant to Directive No. 15/CT-TTg dated July 5, 2013 on the implementation of Decree No. 48/2013/NĐ-CP;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Office of the Ministry of Finance, the Head of the Legal Affairs Department, and the Head of the Cadre and Civil Service Organization Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Administrative Procedure Control Department established by Decision No. 1618/QĐ-BTC dated July 6, 2011 of the Minister of Finance shall be transferred from the Office of the Ministry of Finance to the Legal Affairs Department.
The specific tasks of the Administrative Procedure Control Department shall be defined by the Head of the Legal Affairs Department.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature. The Heads of the Cadre and Civil Service Organization Department, the Legal Affairs Department, the Director of the Office of the Ministry of Finance, and the Heads of units under and affiliated with the Ministry of Finance are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
