REGARDING THE APPROVAL OF THE REGULATIONS ON ORGANIZATION AND OPERATIONS OF SAIGON BEER - ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES - SOFT DRINKS JOINT STOCK CORPORATION
UNDER THE PARENT COMPANY-SUBSIDIARY MODEL Pursuant to Decree No. 153/2004/ND-CP of the Government dated August 9, 2004 on the organization and management of state-owned enterprises and the transformation of state-owned holding corporations and independent state-owned enterprises into parent-subsidiary models;
THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to Decree No. 55/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 28, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to Decision No. 37/2004/QD-BCN dated May 11, 2004 of the Minister of Industry on the restructuring and operation of Saigon Beer - Alcoholic Beverages - Soft Drinks Joint Stock Corporation under the parent-subsidiary model;
Considering the proposal of Saigon Beer - Alcoholic Beverages - Soft Drinks Joint Stock Corporation (Report No. 93/2004/TT-HĐQT dated October 6, 2004);
APPROVES THE REGULATIONS ON ORGANIZATION AND OPERATIONS OF SAIGON BEER - ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES - SOFT DRINKS JOINT STOCK CORPORATION UNDER THE PARENT COMPANY-SUBSIDIARY MODEL attached hereto.
At the suggestion of the Director of the Department of Organization and Cadres,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, Heads of Departments, Directors of Bureaus under the Ministry, Chairman of the Board of Directors, General Director of Saigon Beer - Alcoholic Beverages - Soft Drinks Joint Stock Corporation, and Heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
The Head of the Ministry’s Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, the Heads of Departments, Directors of Agencies under the Ministry, the Chairman of the Board of Management, the General Director of Saigon Beer-Wine-Water Beverage Corporation, and the Heads of relevant units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
