Regarding the public announcement of the final accounts figures for the State budget in 2008

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE

Pursuant to the Decree No. 118/2008/NĐ-CP dated November 27, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;

Pursuant to Decision No. 192/2004/QD-TTg dated November 16, 2004 of the Government Chairman on issuing the Regulation on financial transparency for state budgets at all levels, budgetary units, organizations supported by the state budget, construction investment projects using state budget funds, state-owned enterprises, funds sourced from the state budget, and funds from people's contributions;

Pursuant to Resolution No. 44/2010/QH12 dated June 16, 2010 of the National Assembly approving the final accounts of the State budget for 2008;

CONSIDERING the proposal of the Director of the State Budget Department,

DECISION:

Article 1: Publicly announce the final accounts figures for the State budget in 2008 (as attached tables).

Article 2: This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.

Article 3THE MINISTRY'S CHIEF OF STAFF, THE DIRECTOR OF THE STATE BUDGET DEPARTMENT AND THE RELATED DEPARTMENTS, COUNCILS, AND GENERAL DEPARTMENTS UNDER THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE SHALL IMPLEMENT THIS DECISION./.
