and Supplementing Mr. Nguyen Tan Van, Deputy Minister of Construction, as a member of the Steering Committee for Planning and Investment Construction in the Hanoi Capital Region.
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Construction,
DECISION:
Article 1. For documents within the authority of the Minister of Construction or authorized by the Chairman of the Steering Committee to sign, the Vice-Chairman in charge of the Steering Committee shall use the seal of the Ministry of Construction.
Article 2. The Chairman of the Steering Committee; Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, government agencies; Chairman of the People's Committee of Hanoi City; Chairmen of the People's Committees of the provinces: Ha Tay, Hoa Binh, Vinh Phuc, Bac Ninh, Hung Yen, Hai Duong, Ha Nam, and Mr. Nguyen Tan Van are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
The Head of the Steering Committee; Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, and government-affiliated agencies; the Chairman of the People's Committee of Hanoi City; Chairmen of the People's Committees of Ha Tay, Hoa Binh, Vinh Phuc, Bac Ninh, Hung Yen, Hai Duong, Ha Nam provinces, and Mr. Nguyen Tan Van shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
