Decision No. 168/2007/QD-TTg On the Issuance of Regulations on the Operation of the Central Council for Commendation and Award

DECISION
regarding the issuance of the Regulation on the operation of
the Central Steering Committee for Propaganda and Commendation

PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to the Law on Government Organization dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to Decree No. 158/2004/NĐ-CP dated August 25, 2004 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, and powers of the Central Steering Committee for Propaganda and Commendation;

Considering the proposal of the Standing Board of the Central Steering Committee for Propaganda and Commendation and the Chairman of the Central Steering Committee for Propaganda and Commendation,

DECIDES:

Article 1. To issue with this Decision the Regulation on the operation of the Central Steering Committee for Propaganda and Commendation.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and replaces Decision No. 01/QD-HĐTĐKTTW dated November 3, 1998 of the Prime Minister, Chairman of the Central Steering Committee for Propaganda and Commendation.

Article 3. Members of the Central Steering Committee for Propaganda and Commendation, Ministers, Heads of Ministries, Chairmen of the Central Steering Committee for Propaganda and Commendation, and related agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
