Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to Decree No. 158/2004/NĐ-CP dated August 25, 2004 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, and powers of the Central Steering Committee for Propaganda and Mobilization;

Considering the proposal of the Standing Committee of the Central Steering Committee for Propaganda and Mobilization and the Head of the Central Steering Committee for Propaganda and Mobilization,

DECISION:

Article 1. Issued herewith is the Regulation on the operation of the Central Steering Committee for Propaganda and Mobilization.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and shall supersede Decision No. 01/QĐ-HĐTĐKTTW dated November 3, 1998 of the Prime Minister, Chairman of the Central Steering Committee for Propaganda and Mobilization.

Article 3. Members of the Central Steering Committee for Propaganda and Mobilization, Ministers, Heads of Ministries, the Head of the Central Steering Committee for Propaganda and Mobilization, and related agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
