National Program on Crime Prevention and Combating

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
On the basis of Resolution No. 09/1998/NQ-CP dated July 31, 1998 of the Government on strengthening work to prevent and combat crime in the new situation;
Pursuant to Decision No. 138/1998/QĐ-TTg dated July 31, 1998 of the Government Prime Minister approving the National Program on Crime Prevention and Control;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Public Security,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Operational Regulations of the Steering Committee for the National Program on Crime Prevention and Control (referred to as the Steering Committee 138) are hereby issued together with this Decision.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.
Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial and municipal People's Committees under central jurisdiction, members of the Steering Committee 138 are responsible for implementing this Decision.
