THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to Decree No. 74/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to Decree No. 50/CP dated August 28, 1996 of the Government on the establishment, restructuring, dissolution, and bankruptcy of state-owned enterprises;
Pursuant to the Prime Minister's opinion in Circular No. 14/CP-DMDN dated February 2, 2000 and the conclusion at the meeting to implement between relevant ministries, sectors, and localities (Announcement No. 04/TB-VPCP dated March 29, 2000 of the Ministry of Industry);
Based on the proposal of the Board of Directors of the Vietnam Coal Corporation (memorandum No. 387CV/HĐQT dated November 17, 1999) and the Director of the Personnel and Cadres Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Coal Occupational Health Center for the inland region including the hospital in Dong Anh-Hanoi, a subordinate unit of the Coal Industry Labor Health Center under the Vietnam National Coal Corporation, shall be transferred in its entirety to the People's Committee of Hanoi City for management.
Article 2. The General Director of the Vietnam National Coal Corporation is responsible for working with the People's Committee of Hanoi City to direct the transfer in accordance with current state regulations.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from May 1, 2000. All previous documents that conflict with this Decision are hereby abolished.
The Head of the Office of the Ministry, the Head of the Inspectorate of the Ministry, the Heads of Departments, the Directors of Bureaus, the Chairman of the Board of Management, the General Director of the Vietnam National Coal Corporation, the Director of the Coal Industry Labor Health Center, the Director of the Coal Occupational Health Center for the inland region, and the Director of Dong Anh Hospital are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
