Welding Technology and Surface Treatment under the Institute of Mechanical Research
THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 74/CP dated November 1, 1995 on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to Decision No. 850/QĐ-TTg dated September 7, 2000 of the Prime Minister approving the Project "Establishment of Key Laboratories";
Pursuant to Decision No. 348/QĐ-BKHCNMT dated March 21, 2001 of the Minister of Science, Technology and Environment recognizing the main agency for establishing Key Laboratories and Decision No. 01/2002/QĐ-BKHCNMT dated January 31, 2002 of the Minister of Science, Technology and Environment promulgating the Interim Regulations on the organization and operation of Key Laboratories;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Institute of Mechanical Research (Proposal No. 53/NCCK dated February 20, 2002 regarding the establishment of the Key Laboratory for Welding Technology and Surface Treatment);
At the suggestion of the Director of the Department of Organization and Cadres,
DECISION:
Article 1. Establish the Key Laboratory for Welding Technology and Surface Treatment under the Institute of Mechanical Research (abbreviated: Key Laboratory for Welding Technology and Surface Treatment);
The Key Laboratory for Welding Technology and Surface Treatment is a scientific research and technological development unit within the field of machine manufacturing technology and automation under the Institute of Mechanical Research, having legal personality, a treasury account and a bank account at the State Treasury and the State Bank, and its own seal for operations and transactions in accordance with the law;
International trade name: NATIONAL KEY LABORATORY FOR WELDING AND SURFACE TREATMENT TECHNOLOGIES; abbreviated: LABWS;
Location: Pham Van Dong Street, Cau Giay District, Hanoi City;
The Key Laboratory for Welding Technology and Surface Treatment shall have functions, tasks, powers, organizational structure, and staffing as prescribed in Articles 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11 of the Interim Regulations on the Organization and Operation of Key Laboratories issued together with Decision No. 01/2002/QĐ-BKHCNMT dated January 31, 2002 of the Minister of Science, Technology and Environment.
Article 2. The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, the Heads of Departments and Bureaus under the Ministry, the Director of the Institute of Mechanical Research, and the Director of the Key Laboratory for Welding Technology and Surface Treatment are responsible for implementing this Decision.
Article 3. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.
