Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decision No. 47/2001/QĐ-TTg dated April 4, 2001 approving the "Master Plan for the Network of Universities and Colleges for the period 2001-2010";
Considering the proposals of the Ministers of Education and Training, Home Affairs, Planning and Investment, Construction.
DECISION:
Article 1. Transfer Ho Chi Minh City University of Architecture from the Ministry of Education and Training to directly belong to the Ministry of Construction.
Article 2. The Ministry of Education and Training shall carry out the handover of Ho Chi Minh City University of Architecture in its current state for the Ministry of Construction to manage in accordance with existing regulations.
Article 3. The Ministers, Heads of equivalent ministries, Heads of government agencies, Chairmen of provincial and municipal People's Committees under the central government, and Ho Chi Minh City University of Architecture are responsible for implementing this Decision.
