DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY
ISSUING REGULATIONS ON INSPECTION MARKS, INSPECTION LABELS, AND CERTIFICATES OF INSPECTION
THE MINISTER OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY
Pursuant to the Measurement Ordinance dated October 6, 1999;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 54/2003/NĐ-CP OF MAY 19, 2003, PROVIDING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY, AND THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 28/2004/NĐ-CP OF JANUARY 16, 2004, AMENDING AND COMPLEMENTING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 54/2003/NĐ-CP;
At the request of the Director General of the Standardization, Measurement, and Quality Control Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION ARE THE REGULATIONS ON INSPECTION MARKS, INSPECTION LABELS, AND CERTIFICATES OF INSPECTION.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE AND SHALL REPLACE DECREE NO. 59/2001/QĐ-BKHCNMT OF NOVEMBER 13, 2001, ISSUED BY THE MINISTER OF SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT (NOW THE MINISTRY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY).
Article 3. THE NATIONAL STANDARDS INSTITUTE, LOCAL STANDARDS INSTITUTES IN PROVINCES AND CENTRALLY-GOVERNED CITIES, AND OTHER RELATED ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION.
