Pursuant to Government Decree No. 36/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Science and Technology Department,

Article 1. Issued along with this decision is one Vietnamese Construction Standard:
TCXDVN 338:2005 "Steel Structures - Design Standard".
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette
