THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING

Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

Pursuant to Decree No. 85/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;

Pursuant to Decision No. 2212/2006/QĐ-BGDĐT dated May 4, 2006 of the Minister of Education and Training on issuing the General Secondary Education Program;

Based on the conclusion of the Appraisal Council for Early Childhood Education and General Education Equipment dated April 28, 2006;

In accordance with the proposal of the Heads of the Departments: Secondary Education, Planning and Finance, Science and Technology;

Pursuant to …;

Article 1. The Minimum List of Teaching Equipment for Grade 10 is hereby issued together with this Decision.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette. Based on the Minimum List of Teaching Equipment for Grade 10 issued together with this Decision, the departments of education and training shall be responsible for directing schools and educational management agencies to purchase, produce, collect, preserve, and implement the use of equipment to serve teaching and learning activities at secondary schools.

Article 3. The Heads of the Office, Heads of the Departments: Planning and Finance, Secondary Education, Science and Technology, Heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training, and Directors of provincial education and training departments are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
