DECISION
Issuing Regulations on Organization and Operation
of Hanoi College of Economics and Industry

THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to the Education Law dated June 14, 2005;
Pursuant to Decree No. 55/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 28, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to Decision No. 56/2003/QĐ-BGDĐT dated December 10, 2003 of the Minister of Education and Training promulgating the Charter of Colleges;
Considering the proposal of the Rector of Hanoi College of Economics and Industry at Report No. 66/CĐ-CĐKT.1 dated March 15, 2007;
At the recommendation of the Director of the Department of Organization and Cadres.
DECISION:
Article 1. These Regulations on Organization and Operation of Hanoi College of Economics and Industry are hereby issued together with this Decision.
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, Inspectorate, Departments, Bureaus, Heads of subordinate agencies and units under the Ministry, and the Rector of Hanoi College of Economics and Industry are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
