Pursuant to the Vocational Training Law dated November 29, 2006;
Pursuant to Decree No. 29/2003/NĐ-CP dated March 31, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs;
At the proposal of the Director General of the Vocational Training Administration.
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision promulgates regulations on conditions, procedures, and authority for establishing, permitting the establishment of vocational training centers.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies and agencies under the Government, Heads of central agencies of political-social organizations with vocational training centers; Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities; Directors of Departments of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, Chief of the Office of the Ministry, Director General of the Vocational Training Administration, Heads of related agencies and units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
