ISSUING REGULATIONS ON EGG INCUBATION AND POULTRY FARMING CONDITIONS

MINISTRY MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT

WHEREAS, Decree No. 86/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulates the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

WHEREAS, the Animal Breeding Ordinance 2004 and Decree No. 47/2005/NĐ-CP dated April 8, 2005 of the Government on administrative penalties for violations in the field of animal breeding;

WHEREAS, the Veterinary Ordinance 2004; Decree No. 129/2005/NĐ-CP dated October 17, 2005 of the Government on administrative penalties for violations in the veterinary field and Decree No. 33/2005/NĐ-CP dated March 15, 2005 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Veterinary Ordinance;

CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE NATIONAL LIVESTOCK SERVICE AND THE DIRECTOR OF THE NATIONAL VETERINARY SERVICE;

Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION ARE THE REGULATIONS ON EGG INCUBATION AND POULTRY FARMING CONDITIONS.

Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE. ANY PRIOR PROVISIONS CONTRARY TO THIS DECISION SHALL BE ABROGATED.

Article 3. THE DIRECTOR OF THE NATIONAL LIVESTOCK SERVICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE NATIONAL VETERINARY SERVICE, HEADS OF UNITS, ORGANIZATIONS, AND INDIVIDUALS RELATED TO THIS DECISION SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION./.
