BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 49/2003/NĐ-CP OF MAY 15, 2003, PROVIDING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH;
BASED ON THE LAW ON ENACTMENT OF LEGAL INSTRUMENTS OF NOVEMBER 12, 1996, AND THE AMENDMENT AND SUPPLEMENTATION LAW TO CERTAIN ARTICLES OF THE LAW ON ENACTMENT OF LEGAL INSTRUMENTS OF DECEMBER 16, 2002;

DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED HERETO IS THE REGULATION ON "INSPECTION, REVIEW, AND SYSTEMATIZATION OF HEALTH LEGAL INSTRUMENTS" WITH THIS DECISION.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE.
Article 3. MR./MS.: DIRECTOR OF THE OFFICE; DIRECTOR OF THE INSPECTORATE; HEAD OF THE LEGAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT; HEADS OF DEPARTMENTS AND DIRECTORS OF BUREAUS UNDER THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH AND HEADS OF RELATED UNITS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
