WHEREAS, Article 103 and Article 106 of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam 1992, as amended and supplemented by Resolution No. 51/2001/QH10 dated December 25, 2001 of the Tenth National Assembly, tenth session;
WHEREAS, Article 19 of the Law on TORGANIZATION OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY;
WHEREAS, Article 51 of the Law Bon the promulgation of regulatory legal documents.
NOW PROMULGATES:
The Regulation on Procedures for Detaining Ships.
HAS BEEN APPROVED BY THE STANDING COMMITTEE OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIET NAM, TWELFTH TERM ON AUGUST 27, 2008./.
