THE MINISTER OF LABOR, INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS
Pursuant to the Vocational Training Law dated November 29, 2006;
Pursuant to Decree No. 186/2007/ND-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs;
Pursuant to Decision No. 01/2007/QD-BLDTBXH dated January 4, 2007 of the Minister of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs promulgating regulations on the framework programs for intermediate vocational level and higher vocational college level;
Considering the proposal of the Appraisal Council regarding the issuance of the framework program for intermediate vocational level and the framework program for higher vocational college level for the profession "Artificial Board Production Technology";
At the proposal of the General Director of the Vocational Training Administration,
DECISION:
Article 1. Attached to this Decision is the framework program for intermediate vocational level and the framework program for higher vocational college level for the profession: "Artificial Board Production Technology";
On the basis of the above framework programs, the Rectors of vocational college schools, intermediate vocational schools, intermediate specialized schools, colleges, and universities registered to conduct vocational training at the intermediate and higher vocational college levels shall determine, organize the appraisal, and approve the vocational training programs applicable to their respective institutions.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, governmental agencies, political-social organizations, People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, the Vocational Training Administration, vocational college schools, intermediate vocational schools, intermediate specialized schools, colleges, and universities registered to conduct vocational training at the intermediate and higher vocational college levels for the profession "Artificial Board Production Technology," and related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
