Amending Decision No. 02/2007/QĐ-BTM dated January 8, 2007 of the Minister of Trade on issuing
the Rules for Issuing Certificates of Origin Model AK to enjoy
the benefits under the Agreement on
Trade in Goods under the Framework Agreement on Comprehensive Economic Cooperation between
the Governments of the Member States of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) and the Republic of Korea

Pursuant to Decree No. 189/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 27, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;
Pursuant to the Agreement on Trade in Goods under the Framework Agreement on Comprehensive Economic Cooperation between the ASEAN and the Republic of Korea signed and amended in Phetchaburi, Thailand on February 26, 2009;
The Minister of Industry and Trade amends Decision No. 02/2007/QĐ-BTM dated January 8, 2007 of the Minister of Trade on issuing the Rules for Issuing Certificates of Origin Model AK to enjoy the benefits under the Agreement on Trade in Goods under the Framework Agreement on Comprehensive Economic Cooperation between the Governments of the Member States of the ASEAN and the Government of the Republic of Korea as follows:
Article 1. Content of amendment
Abolish Appendix IV - Guidelines for Implementing Article 6 of Appendix I issued together with the Rules for Issuing C/O Model AK pursuant to Decision No. 02/2007/QĐ-BTM dated January 8, 2007 of the Minister of Trade, and replace it with Appendix IV issued together with this Circular.
Article 2. Implementation clause
This Circular takes effect 45 days from the date of signature.
