CIRCULAR
Article 1. This Circular promulgates the National Technical Regulation on State Reserve for Emergency Tents.
Article 2. This Circular shall take effect six months from the date of issuance and shall supersede TCN 02: 2004 issued together with Decision No. 35/2004/QĐ-BTC dated April 14, 2004 of the Minister of Finance.
Article 3. The Director of the State Reserve General Department, heads of relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals involved in the management, import, export, and preservation of emergency tents shall be responsible for implementing this Circular.
During the implementation, if there are any difficulties, agencies, organizations, and individuals shall promptly report to the Ministry of Finance for study, amendment, and supplementation.
