Issuing the List of Equipment for Vocational Training at Intermediate Technical Level and Higher College Technical Level for the following trades:

Pursuant to the Law Issued on November 29, 2006;
Pursuant to Decree No. 106/2012/NĐ-CP dated December 20, 2012, of the Government, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs;
Pursuant to the proposal of the General Director of the Vocational Training Administration;
The Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs issues this Circular to stipulate the List of Equipment for Vocational Training at Intermediate Technical Level and Higher College Technical Level for the following trades: Wood Carving Techniques; Lacquer and Mother-of-Pearl Inlay Techniques; Industrial Wastewater Treatment; Ceramic and Building Porcelain Production; Artificial Board Manufacturing Technology; Construction Carpentry and Interior Decoration; Plant Protection; Industrial Crop Cultivation; Veterinary Science; Pharmaceutical Technology; Rubber Processing.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from October 24, 2013.
Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, political-social organizations, provincial People's Committees under central cities, the General Department of Vocational Training, intermediate technical schools, higher college technical schools, intermediate specialized schools, higher colleges, and universities that have registered to teach these trades, and related units shall be responsible for implementing this Circular.
In the course of implementation, if there are any difficulties, they are requested to promptly report to the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs for study and resolution./.
