Repealing Circular No. 23/2012/TT-BCT dated August 7, 2012
of the Ministry of Industry and Trade regarding the application of automatic import license issuance regime for certain steel products
Pursuant to Decree No. 95/2012/NĐ-CP dated November 12, 2012 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;

Pursuant to Decree No. 187/2013/NĐ-CP dated November 20, 2013 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Law on Trade concerning international trade activities and foreign-related agency purchase, sale, processing, and transit activities;
The Minister of Industry and Trade issues this Circular to repeal Circular No. 23/2012/TT-BCT dated August 7, 2012 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade regarding the application of the automatic import license issuance regime for certain steel products.
Pursuant to Decision No. 41/2005/QD-TTg dated March 2, 2005 of the Prime Minister promulgating the Import Permit Issuance Regulation;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Import-Export;
Article 1. Repeal of the Circular on the application of the automatic import license issuance regime for certain steel products
Clause 1. Repeal Circular No. 23/2012/TT-BCT dated August 7, 2012 of the Minister of Industry and Trade stipulating the application of the automatic import license issuance regime for certain steel products.
Clause 2. Importers of the steel products specified in Clause 1 of this Article shall handle customs procedures in accordance with current regulations.
2. Merchants importing steel products as specified in Clause 1 of this Article shall handle customs procedures in accordance with current regulations.
Article 2. Effective Date
This Circular takes effect from the date of signature./.
