AMENDING AND COMPLEMENTING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF CIRCULAR NO. 22/2017/TT-BYT DATED MAY 12, 2017 OF THE MINISTER OF HEALTH ON HEALTH STANDARDS FOR SEAFARERS WORKING ON VIETNAMESE SHIPS AND ANNOUNCING HEALTH CARE FACILITIES FOR SEAFARERS

Pursuant to the Vietnam Maritime Code No.No. 95/2015/QH13 dated November 25, 20151Pursuant to the Government's Decree No.June 2024;energy 11 2015;

Pursuant to DecreeNo. 75/2017/NĐ-CP dated June 20, 2017 on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry Re organize credit institutions, foreign bank branches are responsible for organizing the implementation of this Circular.policies;

"1. The health examination (hereinafter referred to as HES) for seafarers working on Vietnamese ships shall be carried out in accordance with the laws on medical examination and treatment."

"1. Implementation principles as prescribed in Article 4, Chapter I, Decree No. 27/2022/NĐ-CP."

2. Repealing Article 3. Requirements for health examination facilities for seafarers.

"3. Publicly announcing medical examination and treatment facilities meeting the conditions for health examination for seafarers working on Vietnamese ships under the management of the Ministry of Health on the website of the Department of Medical Examination and Treatment."

3. Supplement Clause 3 to Article 9 as follows:

This Circular takes effect from October 1, 2018.
