DECREE-LAW
No. 17 dated September 8, 1945
CHAIRMAN OF THE TEMPORARY DEMOCRATIC REPUBLICAN GOVERNMENT
At the proposal of the Minister of National Education,
After deliberation by the Council of Ministers;
ISSUES THE DECREE-LAW:
Clause I: Establishing a People's Education Service throughout Vietnam.
Clause II: Appoint Mr. Nguyen Cong My as Director of the People's Education Service.
Clause III: The Ministers of Interior, Finance, and National Education shall implement this decree-law within their respective jurisdictions./.
