DECREE-LAW

OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

NO. 170/SL DATED JULY 18, 1953

THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 254-SL dated November 19, 1948 on the organization of local people's administration during the resistance period;

Following the proposal of the Minister of Interior approved by the Council of Ministers;

ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE-ORDER:

Article 1: Mr. Le Than, member of the Resistance Administration Committee of the Third Combined Zone, is hereby appointed as Deputy Chairman of the Resistance Administration Committee of the Third Combined Zone.

Article 2: The Minister of Interior shall implement this Decree-Law.
