THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Decision No. 3284/QD-BNN-TCCB dated November 1, 2006 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development on the establishment of the Steering Committee for Brown Planthopper Control, Dwarf Disease, and Ragged Stunt Disease in Southern Provinces;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Plant Protection Department (Document No. 790/TTr-BVTV dated May 21, 2008);
At the proposal of the Director of the Organization and Cadre Affairs Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Steering Committee for Brown Planthopper Control, Dwarf Disease, and Ragged Stunt Disease in Southern Provinces (hereinafter referred to as the Steering Committee) shall include members named in the attached list under this Decision.
Article 2. During the process of implementing the assigned tasks, if there are changes in the members of Deputy Chairmen and Members of the Steering Committee, the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development authorizes the Director of the Plant Protection Department to issue a notification to relevant agencies, units, and individuals.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
Article 4. The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Organization and Cadre Affairs Department, the Heads of related agencies and units, and the members of the Steering Committee named in Article 1 of this Decision are responsible for implementation.
