ON THE ANNULMENT OF DECISION NO. 169/2004/QĐ-UBND DATED OCTOBER 15, 2004 OF THE BAC NINH PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE
THE CHAIRMAN
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of People's Councils and People's Committees dated November 26, 2003;
Pursuant to the Ordinance on Legislative Documents Issuance by People's Councils and People's Committees dated December 3, 2004;
Pursuant to Decree No. 38/2001/PL-UBTVQH10 dated August 28, 2001 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly on Fees and Charges;
Pursuant to Decrees No. 57/2002/NĐ-CP dated June 3, 2002 and No. 24/2006/NĐ-CP dated March 6, 2006 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Ordinance on Fees and Charges;
Pursuant to Decision No. 80/2010/QĐ-TTg dated December 9, 2010 of the Prime Minister regarding exemption from construction fees;
Pursuant to Circular No. 17074/BTC-CST dated December 15, 2010 of the Ministry of Finance regarding exemption from construction fees according to Decision No. 80/2010/QĐ-TTg dated December 9, 2010 of the Prime Minister on exemption from construction fees;
DECISION:
Article 1.
To annul Decision No. 169/2004/QĐ-UB dated October 15, 2004 of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh Province regarding the collection, management, and use of construction fees within the province.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance. Heads of agencies: Office of the Provincial People's Committee; Departments of Finance and Construction; Bac Ninh Tax Department; National Treasury in Bac Ninh Province; Chairmen of Districts, Townships, and City People's Committees shall implement this Decision accordingly.
