DECISION OF THE PRIME MINISTER
Regarding the approval of the Overall Plan for the Restructuring and Modernization of State-Owned Enterprises under the Government Office of Logistics for the period 2002-2005
under the Government Cryptographic Board from 2002 to 2005
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Based on Directive No. 01/2003/CT-TTg dated January 16, 2003 of the Government Chairman on continuing to promote the restructuring, modernization, development, and improvement of efficiency of state-owned enterprises;
Considering the proposal of the Government Office of Logistics (Proposal No. 375/TTr-BCY dated July 16, 2002), the opinions of the Ministries of Planning and Investment (Letter No. 6375/BKH-DN dated October 7, 2002), Finance (Letter No. 10976/TC-TCDN dated October 10, 2002), and Home Affairs (Letter No. 421/BNV-TCBC dated October 7, 2002),
DECISION:
Article 1. Approves the Overall Plan for the Restructuring and Modernization of State-Owned Enterprises under the Government Office of Logistics for the period 2002-2005 as follows:
Maintains Company 18 as a state-owned enterprise directly under the Government Office of Logistics.
Article 2. The Director of the Government Office of Logistics is responsible for directing the implementation of the restructuring of state-owned enterprises according to the approved content. Any adjustments or supplements must be approved by the Prime Minister.
Article 3. The Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Planning and Investment, the Ministry of Home Affairs, relevant ministries, and localities are responsible for coordinating with the Government Office of Logistics in implementing the Plan.
The Steering Committee for Enterprise Reform and Development is responsible for urging, guiding, and monitoring the implementation of this Plan, and at the same time recommending solutions to the Prime Minister to address difficulties during the implementation process.
Article 4. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Kon Tum Province and the heads of relevant agencies are responsible for enforcing this Decision.
