Decree No. 171/2007/NĐ-CP On Establishing the Town of Quỹ Nhất under Nghĩa Hưng District, Nam Định Province

DECREE

Regarding the establishment of Quỹ Nhất Town under Nghĩa Hưng District, Nam Định Province

THE GOVERNMENT

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

Considering the proposal of the Minister of Interior and the Chairman of the People's Committee of Nam Định Province,

DECREE:

Article 1. Establish Quỹ Nhất Town under Nghĩa Hưng District, Nam Định Province based on the entire 546.49 hectares of natural area and 6,274 population of Nghĩa Hoà Commune, Nghĩa Hưng District, Nam Định Province.

Quỹ Nhất Town has 546.49 hectares of natural area and 6,274 population.

Administrative boundaries of Quỹ Nhất Town: East borders Nghĩa Tân Commune; West borders Ninh Bình Province; South borders Nghĩa Thành, Nghĩa Lâm, and Nghĩa Hùng Communes, Nghĩa Hưng District; North borders Nghĩa Phú Commune, Nghĩa Hưng District.

After establishing Quỹ Nhất Town, Nghĩa Hưng District will have 25 administrative units directly under it, including: Liễu Đề Town, Rạng Đông Town, Quỹ Nhất Town, and the communes: Nghĩa Đồng, Nghĩa Thịnh, Nghĩa Minh, Hoàng Nam, Nghĩa Châu, Nghĩa Thái, Nghĩa Trung, Nghĩa Sơn, Nghĩa Lạc, Nghĩa Hồng, Nghĩa Phong, Nghĩa Phú, Nghĩa Bình, Nghĩa Tân, Nghĩa Thành, Nghĩa Lâm, Nghĩa Hùng, Nghĩa Hải, Nghĩa Thắng, Nghĩa Lợi, Nghĩa Phúc, Nam Điền.

Article 2. This Decree takes effect 15 days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. Previous regulations that conflict with this Decree are hereby abolished.

Article 3. The Minister of Interior, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Nam Định Province, and the Heads of related agencies are responsible for implementing this Decree./.
