CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to the resolution of the Council of Ministers dated November 14, 1945 establishing the Ministry of Agriculture,
Pursuant to Decree No. 104/SL dated January 1, 1948 stipulating the basic principles of state enterprises,
At the request of the Minister of Agriculture,
After deliberation by the Council of Ministers,
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE:
Article 1
The phosphate factory under the Ministry of Agriculture in Nghe An is hereby placed under the regime of "State enterprise with special administrative characteristics" as prescribed by Decree No. 104/SL dated January 1, 1948.
Article 2
The phosphate factory in Nghe An has the objective of producing phosphate to meet domestic agricultural needs.
If sufficient means are available, the phosphate factory may organize production of additional products aimed at assisting the implementation of the phosphate plan of the Ministry of Agriculture.
Article 3
The Minister of Agriculture shall establish the plans and operating conditions for the phosphate factory in Nghe An.
Article 4
The Ministers of Agriculture and Finance are responsible for implementing this Decree.
