QUYETING NO. 172/2000/QD-BTC OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE ON OCTOBER 1, 2000 REGARDING THE ADOPTION OF REGULATIONS ON CODE NUMBERS FOR STATE BUDGET USING UNITS
THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to the State Budget Law dated March 20, 1996 and Decree No. 87/CP dated December 19, 1996 of the Government detailing the decentralization of management, preparation, implementation, and settlement of the State budget;
Pursuant to the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the State Budget Law No. 06/1998/QH10 dated May 20, 1998 and Decree No. 51/1998/NĐ-CP dated July 18, 1998 of the Government amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decree No. 87/CP dated December 19, 1996 detailing the decentralization of management, preparation, implementation, and settlement of the State budget;
Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government stipulating tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state administration by Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 178/CP dated October 28, 1994 of the Government on tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Considering the proposal of the Director - Head of the Information Technology Management Board, the Director of the State Budget Department, and the Director of the Administrative and Public Service Financial Department.
DECISION
Article 1: To promulgate with this Decision "Regulations on code numbers for units using the state budget."
Article 2: This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance. The system of code numbers for units using the state budget will be uniformly applied nationwide starting January 1, 2002.
Article 3: Units using the state budget under the National Assembly, Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, Party organizations, central mass organizations, and People's Committees of provinces and centrally-administered cities are responsible for implementing this Decision.
