OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 171/SL dated April 14, 1948, establishing the Phosphate Factory of the Ministry of Agriculture in Nghe An under the status of a State Enterprise with special administrative characteristics,
At the request of the Minister of Agriculture,
After deliberation by the Council of Ministers,
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE-LAW:
Article 1
Appoints Mr. Huynh Thien Loc as Director of the Phosphate Factory of the Ministry of Agriculture in Nghe An.
Article 2
The Minister of Agriculture shall implement this Decree-Law accordingly.
