Decision No. 172 tc/tvqt on the organization to draft the national financial policy project

REGARDING THE ORGANIZATION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE DRAFTING OF THE NATIONAL FINANCIAL POLICY PROJECT

Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

BASED ON DECREE NO. 178/CP DATED OCTOBER 28, 1994 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE;

Considering the work requirements and the proposal of the Director of the Cadre Organization and Training Department,

Article 1: Establish a drafting team for the National Financial Policy project, under the direction of Comrade Minister Ho Te (Comrade Deputy Minister Nguyen Sinh Hung assists the Minister in directing), consisting of the following comrades:

1- Tran Van Ta - Director of the Financial Policy Department - Team Leader.

2- Do Nguyen Khao - Director (General Department of State Capital and Asset Management at Enterprises)

3- Tran Xuan Ha - Deputy Director of the State Treasury Department

4- Nguyen Cong Nghiep - Director of the Institute of Financial Science

5- Quach Duc Phap - Deputy Director of the Financial Policy Department.

6- Nguyen Trong Nghia - Deputy Director of the Banking Finance and Financial Institutions Department.

7- Nguyen Thanh Do - Deputy Director of the Foreign Finance Department.

8- Do Hoang Anh Tuan - Deputy Director of the State Budget Department.

9- Bach Thi Minh Huyen - Head of the Institute of Financial Science's Office

Article 2: The drafting team has the responsibility to implement the research plan, prepare, and submit the National Financial Policy project draft to the Ministry according to the schedule assigned by the Ministry.

Heads of units are responsible for arranging work so that the officers mentioned in Article 1 can be fully detached from their specialized work at their units and concentrate on implementing the assigned work plan.

Article 3: This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance. Heads of relevant units, Director of the Cadre Organization and Training Department, Director of the Ministry’s Office, and the comrades named in Article 1 are responsible for enforcing this Decision./.
