In order to unify the format of real estate brokerage certificates and real estate appraisal certificates as stipulated in Decision No. 29/2007/QĐ-BXD dated December 31, 2007 of the Minister of Construction on issuing the framework training program for real estate brokerage knowledge, real estate appraisal, and management and operation of real estate trading floors, the Ministry of Construction provides guidance as follows:
1. According to Clause 1.4 Part V of Circular No. 13/2008/TT-BXD dated May 21, 2008 of the Ministry of Construction guiding the implementation of certain provisions of Decree No. 153/2007/NĐ-CP dated October 15, 2007 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of the Law on Real Estate Business, the Department of Construction is the agency responsible for printing and issuing real estate brokerage certificates and real estate appraisal certificates according to the templates provided in Appendixes 4 and 5 issued together with Decision No. 29/2007/QĐ-BXD dated December 31, 2007 of the Minister of Construction on issuing the framework training program for real estate brokerage knowledge, real estate appraisal, and management and operation of real estate trading floors.
2. Regarding the size of real estate brokerage certificates and real estate appraisal certificates, it is recommended to uniformly apply a size of 85mm x 125mm per page.
The Ministry of Construction informs the Departments of Construction of the provinces and centrally-administered cities to implement this./.
