Pursuant to Resolution No. 23-KL/TW dated May 29, 2012 of the Fifth Plenary Session of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Eleventh Tenure on "Some Issues Concerning Wages, Social Insurance, Preferential Allowances for War Veterans and Reform Orientation until 2020";
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Home Affairs,
DECISION:
Article 1. The attached Decision promulgates the Plan on Division of Responsibilities for Implementing Resolution No. 23-KL/TW dated May 29, 2012 of the Fifth Plenary Session of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Eleventh Tenure on "Some Issues Concerning Wages, Social Insurance, Preferential Allowances for War Veterans and Reform Orientation until 2020".
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government agencies, members of the State Salary Steering Committee shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
