THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
BASED ON THE REGULATIONS ON THE ESTABLISHMENT, REVIEW, AND ISSUANCE OF INDUSTRY STANDARDS ACCOMPANYING DECREE NO. 135/1999/QĐ-BNN-KHCN DATED OCTOBER 1, 1999;

Article 1. NOW, ACCOMPANYING THIS DECISION ARE 3 INDUSTRY STANDARDS IN THE FOREST INDUSTRY SECTOR:
- 04TCN 64-2004 – PRODUCTION OF WOODCHIP PANELS. SAFETY REQUIREMENTS FOR OPERATIONAL USE;
- 04TCN 65-2004 – PRODUCTION OF FIBERBOARD PANELS. SAFETY REQUIREMENTS FOR OPERATIONAL USE;
- 04TCN 66-2004 – VIETNAMESE WOOD. NAMES AND BASIC MECHANICAL PROPERTIES.
Article 2. THESE THREE STANDARDS SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE.
Article 3. THE HEADS OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICES, DIRECTORS OF THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT, AND HEADS OF RELATED UNITS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
