NUMBER: 173 DATE: APRIL 14, 1948
OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Decree No. 57 dated May 3, 1946 regarding the organization of Ministries,
At the request of the Minister of Health.
ISSUES A DECREE:
Article 1
Appoints Mr. Phan Dinh Dien to hold the position of Director of the Office of the Ministry of Health.
Article 2
The Minister of Health shall implement this Decree accordingly.
