Regarding the transfer of management of local People's Court budgets to the Ministry of Justice
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to the Law on the Organization of the People's Courts dated October 6, 1992;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Justice and the Minister of Finance,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Ministry of Justice shall uniformly manage the budgets of local People's Courts.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the 1993 budget year. All previous provisions contrary to this Decision are hereby abolished.
Article 3. The Ministers of the Ministries, Heads of ministerial-level agencies and agencies under the Government, Chairpersons of the People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities shall guide the implementation of this Decision.
Article 4. The Ministers of the Ministries, Heads of ministerial-level agencies and agencies under the Government, Chairpersons of the People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities are responsible for enforcing this Decision.
