REGARDING THE APPROVAL OF THE RESULTS OF THE REMOVAL OF MEMBERS OF THE PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF HUNG YEN TERM 2004 – 2011

BASED ON ARTICLE 20 OF THE GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATION LAW ON DECEMBER 25, 2001;
BASED ON RESOLUTION NO. 25/2008/QH12 OF NOVEMBER 14, 2008 OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY ON EXTENDING THE TERM OF OPERATION FROM 2004 TO 2009 OF THE PEOPLE'S COUNCIL AND THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 107/2004/ND-CP OF APRIL 1, 2004 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE QUANTITY OF VICE CHAIRMEN AND THE STRUCTURE OF MEMBERS OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE AT ALL LEVELS;
CONSIDERING THE APPLICATION OF THE PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF HUNG YEN AT APPLICATION LETTER NO. 1494/TTr-UBND ON SEPTEMBER 1, 2010 AND THE APPLICATION OF THE MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS AT APPLICATION LETTER NO. 3135/TTr-BNV ON SEPTEMBER 11, 2010,
DECISION:
Article 1. APPROVE THE REMOVAL OF MEMBERS OF THE PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF HUNG YEN TERM 2004 - 2011 AS FOLLOWS:
1. VICE CHAIRMAN
- MR. NGUYEN BAT KHACH, FOR RETIREMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH REGULATIONS.
2. MEMBER:
- MR. PHAM VAN TINH, FORMER HEAD OF THE OFFICE OF THE PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF HUNG YEN, FOR RETIREMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH REGULATIONS.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
THE MINISTER OF HOME AFFAIRS, THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COUNCIL, THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF HUNG YEN AND THE PERSONS LISTED IN ARTICLE 1 SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION. /\.
