PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Education Law dated December 2, 1998;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Education and Training in Circular No. 3696/DH&SDH dated May 12, 2005,
DECISION:
Article 1. Assign the task of training doctoral level to Dalat University.
Article 2. The Ministry of Education and Training shall examine and specify the specific majors for training at Dalat University.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 4. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial and municipal people's committees under the central government, and Rector of Dalat University are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
