Pursuant to the Decree No. 118/2008/NĐ-CP dated November 27, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to Decree No. 64/2007/ND-CP dated April 10, 2007 of the Government on the application of information technology in state agency activities;
BASED ON THE DECISION NO. 43/2008/QD-TTg dated March 24, 2008 of the Prime Minister approving the Plan on Information Technology Application in State Agency Operations in 2008;
BASED ON THE DECISION NO. 3526/QD-BTC dated November 19, 2003 of the Minister of Finance promulgating the Regulations on Work Procedures of the Ministry of Finance;
BASED ON THE DECISION NO. 2222/QD-BTC dated June 27, 2007 of the Minister of Finance promulgating the Regulations on Management Activities at the Workplace of the Ministry of Finance Agency;
AT THE PROPOSAL OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE’S OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND FINANCIAL STATISTICS DEPARTMENT,
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION ARE THE REGULATIONS ON THE USE OF THE DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATIVE PROGRAM FOR THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE AGENCY.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM THE DATE OF SIGNATURE. THE HEADS OF MINISTRY UNITS AND STAFF WORKING AT THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE AGENCY’S HEADQUARTERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTATION.
