NO.: 174 DATE: APRIL 14, 1948
OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to the resolution of the Council of Ministers dated November 14, 1945 establishing the Ministry of Agriculture.
Pursuant to Decree No. 11/SL-bis dated February 2, 1947 merging the Land Administration Office into the Ministry of Agriculture,
At the proposal of the Minister of Agriculture,
After deliberation by the Council of Ministers,
ISSUES THE DECREE:
Article 1
The Central Region land registry is hereby merged with the Land Administration Office under the Ministry of Agriculture.
Article 2
Mr. Le Ngoc Hoan is appointed as Director General of the Land Administration Office.
Article 3
The Minister of Agriculture shall implement this Decree accordingly.
