BASED ON DECREE NO. 178/CP DATED OCTOBER 28, 1994 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE;
Considering the work requirements and the capabilities of the staff;
At the proposal of the Director of the State Budget Department and the Director of the Cadre Organization and Training Department;

Article 1Appoint Mr. Pham Dinh Cuong, Deputy Head of the Department, to the position of Head of the State Budget Management Department under the State Budget Department.
Article 2Mr. Pham Dinh Cuong shall be entitled to the department head position allowance with a salary coefficient of 0.40.
Article 3This Decision takes effect from the date of signature. The Directors of the State Budget Department, the Cadre Organization and Training Department, the Financial Administration and Management Department, the Minister's Office Director, and Mr. Pham Dinh Cuong are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
