THE MINISTER OF PLANNING AND INVESTMENT
Pursuant to the Law on Bidding No. 61/2005/QH11 dated November 29, 2005 of the National Assembly;
Pursuant to Article 67 and Clause 3 of Article 76 of the Decree No. 58/2008/NĐ-CP dated May 5, 2008 of the Government guiding the implementation of the Law on Bidding and the selection of construction contractors under the Construction Law;
Pursuant to the Decree No. 116/2008/NĐ-CP dated November 14, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers of the Ministry of Planning and Investment;
At the proposal of the Director of the State Bidding Management Agency,
DECISION:
Article 1. The attached Model Tender Documents for Small-Scale Construction Procurement Packages are hereby issued.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, central agencies, central-level organizations, People's Committees at all levels, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
