RESOLUTION
ON THE LIST OF MEMBERS OF THE NATIONAL JUDGES SELECTION AND SUPERVISION BOARD for selecting and overseeing National Judges
STANDING COMMITTEE OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY
BASED ON THE CONSTITUTION OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM AS AMENDED AND COMPLEMENTED BY RESOLUTION NO. 203/2025/QH15 CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE SUPREME PEOPLE'S COURT AT REPORT NO. 442/TTr-TANDTC ON JUNE 3, 2025;
Pursuant to the Law on the Organization of People's Courts No. 34/2024/QH15 amended and supplemented by certain articles according to Law No. 81/2025/QH15;
AND THE REVIEW REPORT NO. 546/BC-UBPLTP15 ON JUNE 23, 2025 OF THE LEGISLATIVE AND JUDICIAL AFFAIRS COMMITTEE OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY;5 THE LIST OF MEMBERS OF THE NATIONAL JUDGES SELECTION AND SUPERVISION BOARD INCLUDES:
RESOLUTION:
Article 1
1. THE PRESIDENT OF THE MILITARY COURT;
2. ONE HEAD OF AN UNIT UNDER THE SUPREME PEOPLE'S COURT WHO IS A JUDGE OF THE PEOPLE'S COURT, ONE CHIEF JUSTICE OF THE COURT OF APPEALS OF THE SUPREME PEOPLE'S COURT, AND ONE PRESIDENT OF A PEOPLE'S COURT AT PROVINCE LEVEL DESIGNATED BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE SUPREME PEOPLE'S COURT;
3. MR. HOANG CONG THUY, DEPUTY CHAIRMAN OF THE UNION OF VIETNAMESE FATHERLAND FRONT;
4. MR. NGUYEN KHANH NGOC, CHAIRMAN OF THE ASSOCIATION OF VIETNAMESE LAWYERS;
5. MR. PHAM THANH HA, DEPUTY DIRECTOR OF THE OFFICE;
6. MS. DANG HOANG OANH, DEPUTY MINISTER OF JUSTICE;
7. MR. VO MINH LUONG, DEPUTY MINISTER OF NATIONAL DEFENSE;
8. MR. TRUONG HAI LONG, DEPUTY MINISTER OF HOME AFFAIRS;
9. MR. BUI VAN KHANG, DEPUTY MINISTER OF FINANCE.
MEMBERS OF THE NATIONAL JUDGES SELECTION AND SUPERVISION BOARD SHALL OPERATE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAW ON THE ORGANIZATION OF THE PEOPLE'S COURTS AND THE REGULATIONS ON THE ACTIVITIES OF THE NATIONAL JUDGES SELECTION AND SUPERVISION BOARD.
Article 2
THE PERSONS LISTED IN ARTICLE 1 AND THE RELATED ORGANIZATIONS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS RESOLUTION.
Article 3
THIS RESOLUTION SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM JULY 1, 2025.
Article 4
This Resolution shall take effect from July 1, 2025.
