ISSUING TEMPORARY REGULATIONS ON THE ORGANIZATION OF MANAGEMENT AND GRANTING OF PERMITS FOR ROAD TRANSPORT
THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORTATION
Pursuant to Decree 22/CP dated March 22, 1994 of the Government on the tasks, powers, responsibilities for state management and organizational structure of the Minister of the Ministry of Transport;
To strengthen state management over the road transport sector;
At the proposal of the Heads of the Legal Affairs-Vehicle Transport Department and the Director of the Vietnam Highway Administration,

Article 1: The attached Decision promulgates "Temporary Regulations on the Organization of Management and Granting of Road Transport Permits."
Article 2: This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature. Any previous regulations contrary to this Decision shall be abolished.
Article 3: The Director of the Vietnam Highway Administration shall be responsible for organizing and implementing these regulations.
Article 4: The Head of the Ministry's Office, Heads of the Legal Affairs-Vehicle Transport Department, Directors of the Vietnam Highway Administration, Directors of Provincial Departments of Transport (Transport Services), and Heads of related units shall be responsible for enforcing this Decision.
