Pursuant to Decree 95/CP dated December 4, 1993 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Trade;
Pursuant to Decree 57/1998/ND-CP dated July 31, 1998 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Law on Trade regarding export, import, processing, and agency sales of goods with foreign countries;
Pursuant to the Management Regulations for Oil Product Business issued together with Decision No. 187/2003/QD-TTg dated September 15, 2003 of the Prime Minister;

Article 1. Amend Article 2 of Decision No. 1752/2003/QD-BTM dated December 15, 2003 of the Ministry of Trade on the issuance of the Business Regulations for Temporary Importation and Re-exportation of Oil Products as follows:
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and shall replace Decision No. 0123/1999/QD-BTM dated February 4, 1999 of the Minister of Trade on the supplementation of the Business Regulations for Temporary Importation for Re-exportation issued together with Decision No. 1311/1998/QD-BTM dated October 31, 1998.
Article 3. All other contents of Decision No. 1752/2003/QD-BTM dated December 15, 2003 of the Ministry of Trade remain in full force and effect.
