Decision No. 176 TC/QD/TCCB Regarding the Dispatch of Four Officials to Study French at the Republic of France

REGARDING THE DISPATCH OF FOUR OFFICERS TO ATTEND FRENCH LANGUAGE ENRICHMENT COURSES IN THE REPUBLIC OF FRANCE

Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

BASED ON DECREE NO. 178/CP DATED OCTOBER 28, 1994 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE;

On the basis of the approval of the Government of France within the framework of the implementation results of the Assur project;

At the proposal of the General Directors of the Vietnam Insurance Corporation, the Rector of the Hanoi University of Finance and Accounting, the Rector of the Ho Chi Minh City University of Finance and Accounting, the Director of the Cadre Organization and Training Department;

Article 1: Dispatch the following four officers to attend French language enrichment courses from March 28 to June 30, 1995, in the Republic of France:

1. Mr. Thai Van Cay, officer of the Vietnam Insurance Corporation

2. Mr. Nguyen Van Tham, officer of the Ho Chi Minh City University of Finance and Accounting.

3. Ms. Nguyen Thi Quyen, French Language Teacher at the Hanoi University of Finance and Accounting.

4. Mr. Pham Tat Trung, French Language Teacher at the Hanoi University of Finance and Accounting.

Article 2: During the period of study in the Republic of France, the trainees shall enjoy salaries and allowances according to the current regulations for those studying abroad.

Article 3: This Decision takes effect from the date of signing. The Heads of the Cadre Organization and Training Department, International Relations Department, Office of the Ministry, Heads of units with dispatched personnel, and the individuals named in Article 1 are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
